In the year 1998, Ms. Vanika joined the Happiness Program of Art of Living. She was inspired by the simplicity and majestic personality of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankarji and joined the activities of AOL full time. She became a teacher of Art of Living in 1999. She has been teaching AOL courses since March 2000. She started taking AOL course in Tihar Jail in 2001. She has conducted courses for around 18,000 inmates in Tihar Jail. She also started a prisoner’s rehabilitation program “SRIJAN” by establishing a workshop in Tihar Jail.
She has been instrumental in initiating SSRVM project in Noida.

Mahendra Kumar Rustagi, a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary by profession, has been in the senior management position in the Corporate Sector for last 30 years and now President of a fast emerging Corporate in Noida.
He is actively involved in the area of professional development. He was part of various Management Associations like President of Noida Management Association a management professional body (AIMA) in 2006-07, past Chairman of Noida Chapter of NIRC of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and member of CFO World a professional body of Chief Financial Officers of Companies based in the NCR Region.
He has been part of the Art of Living family as Member of North Apex Body of VVKI during the period 2006-08. He is now Member of Managing Committee SSRVM NOIDA. Has been fortunate to have done basic course twice and advance course and Sadhana Course once. He has been involved in many activities of Art of Living directly and indirectly. Has also been associated with various social activities, including a Goshala in Noida.
